Roughly three to four months, depending on how fast you want to move. We work weekends — so can you. The flow is designed so the central team gets fewer calls and you always know what's next.

    A real call.

    Someone from our team picks up the phone. We listen first — what you do today, why this category, where you see it going.

  3. Within 48 hours

    The docket.

    A short read on who we are, sent to your inbox — or just visit allhome.in. Alongside, a primer on TWF: the category, the craft, the shape of the partnership.

  4. Phase 02 — Alignment
  5. Within a week of the first call

    The full proposal pack.

    If there's mutual interest, you get the lot: a business proposal, key commercials, a 2-page term sheet, our sample agreement (clear, fair, the same for everyone), and a tentative business plan with numbers keyed in. So you know exactly what you're stepping into.

  6. Within 8–10 days

    Founders meet.

    Sit down with the founders of TWF and the AllHome team. Knowing each other matters more to us than any signed paper. At the end of the meeting, subject to mutual alignment, a nominal franchise fee gets things moving.

  7. Phase 03 — Build
  8. When the space is ready

    Find the location.

    You scout. Our partners help you design and build, so the experience centre carries the brand cleanly. Send us the AutoCAD when the space is identified.

  9. Within 7 working days

    Sample products + costing.

    We come back with the systems we'd display, indicative costing, and a first concept for the centre — built with you, around how you see it.

  10. 8–10 days

    Design freeze.

    We narrow it down together. Once frozen, production starts on advance.

  11. ~ 60 days

    Production.

    Display pieces are made the same way client orders are — finished to the same tolerances in our factory. Show pieces sell, so they have to be perfect. We refuse to compromise here.

  12. Use the 60 days well

    You learn the craft.

    While we make, you go deep. Training at our facility. Time on the manufacturing line. Visits to other experience centres to absorb what's working. We also help you recruit the right team to run the centre — within brand guidelines, and worth the brand.

  13. After full payment

    Dispatch + install.

    We deliver. We install. A readiness checklist reaches you ahead of time, so the site is set when our crew arrives. No rework, no surprises.

  14. Phase 04 — Launch
  15. First 30 days live

    Settle in, quietly.

    A month to find your feet, fix the small things, build muscle memory. No spotlight yet.

  16. Day 31 onwards

    The launch event.

    A real one. The city turns up. The brand has arrived. We help host it; you're at the centre of it.
