Our philosophy
Our Philosophy

We don't sell windows.
We give solutions.

In windows, there is no one-size-fits-all — and we understand that better than anyone. Every brief begins with the room, not the catalogue.

What we read before we draw
Sun

Direction, angle, hour by hour.

Rain

Monsoon, drift, drainage.

Habits

How you actually live in it.

View

What's worth framing.

Aesthetic

The architect's signature.

Palette

Material, finish, restraint.

distilled into a single, considered system
"A window is the answer. The room asks the question." — TWF house rule
One Window · One Promise

Five trades. One contact.
Zero finger-pointing.

Most window stories pass through five hands. Ours pass through one — ours.

A room remembers the light it lets in. We make sure it's worth remembering.
Our Promise

Four things stay outside.
Three things stay in.

What stays outside

Rain

Drained sills, tested gaskets.

Heat

Thermal-break profiles.

Sound

Acoustic glazing, sealed.

Mosquitoes

Integrated mesh, silent screens.

…so only the things that matter stay in.
What stays inside

Love

The room you actually live in.

Laughter

Sunday lunches, long evenings.

Light

Soft, sideways, edited.

By the numbers Three decades of quiet certainty.

Our people

Our strength.

The hands behind every window — TWF installers
TWF factory floor — fabrication TWF assembly line TWF glazing workshop TWF installation crew

Every TWF window passes through their hands. They don't compromise on the corner that doesn't line up — they fix it. Not on the seal. Not on plumb. Until it's exactly the way the architect drew it.

They refuse to compromise — so you don't have to.

Frequently asked

Things people actually want to know.

01 Who actually makes the windows?

We do. Every system is designed, profiled, glazed and assembled in our own facilities — currently in Ahmedabad, with our flagship 10-acre fully-automated factory opening in 2026. No outsourcing, no white-label. The drawing and the door come from the same desk.

02 Have you broken one yet, just to be sure?

Many. Every system is tested for air, water, wind and acoustic performance against IS / EN benchmarks. Hardware is cycled to a million openings before it earns the TWF mark. If it can fail in a lab, we'd rather it failed there.

03 How long do I wait?

Standard systems ship in 4–6 weeks. Bespoke or motorised, 8–10. Installation is scheduled by our own crew once the building is ready to receive them — never before.

04 Can you make it the size we drew?

Yes. Our pricing logic is bespoke from the start — sizes, finishes, hardware, glazing, automation are all configurable. Standard systems are a starting point, not a limit.

05 Will you ship to my city?

If it's in India — yes. All seventy-plus systems are available in every city we serve. The seven experience centres carry the full range; our crews travel to every site, every time.

06 Can I touch one first?

Please do. Every system is on display at our experience centres — full-scale, operable, in finishes you can hold against your palette. Book a visit in any of our seven cities.

07 Will it keep the noise out?

Yes — our DGU windows offer real sound reduction, and we tune the build to each site's conditions. Happy to chat about what you want quiet.

08 What colour can it be?

Powder-coat in any RAL shade, anodised silver / bronze / black, wood-grain laminates, brushed metallics. Custom colour-matching on volume projects. If you can name it, we can finish it.

09 Can you do my project?

Almost certainly. We've delivered 1000+ projects nation-wide — independent residences, corporate campuses, retail flagships, hospitality. Site visits, surveys and installations are coordinated from the nearest experience centre.

10 Who do I send the spec to?

Send it to us early. Our shop drawings sync with the architect's BIM. Our specs slot into tender documents. Our site team coordinates directly with the contractor — without surrendering quality.
